I received this item with in two days from the my order date (standard free shipping). The package was exceptionally well packed. I was very happy. The cartridge does not look like the picture; however, it looks EXACTLY (including the color) like the emptied Brother cartridge I am replacing. It works flawless on my test page.

Overall, this cartridge is good price for the money. My previous replacement order of Brother Cartridge cost me $50.00 for low yield TN-330 instead of ~$22.00 for this high yield TN-360.
